This service provides in-depth counseling to owners who have defaulted on their mortgage and are facing foreclosure. Work is done with the client and the lender to create a plan of action to prevent foreclosure and avoid future mortgage defaults. This counseling is designed for home owners in financial distress. Every aspect of default and delinquency is addressed; ways to maximize income and reduce expenses; calculating delinquencies and understanding the players in the mortgage marketplace.
