NeighborImpact Announces Head Start Application Stations In Redmond and Bend
NeighborImpact Head Start is now accepting applications for enrollment for the 2016-2017 School Year. Children who live in Crook and Deschutes Counties may be eligible for Head Start, a free, high-quality pre-school and family support program. To register, families must meet income eligibility requirements and submit an application and income documentation.
Head Start Staff will be available at recruitment stations to help parents and caregivers complete applications at the following locations:
NeighborImpact Empire Office
20310 Empire Avenue
2303 SW First Street
“This is an opportunity for families to come and pick up or drop off applications, ask questions and get more information on our program,” says Dani Wyeth, Head Start’s Family and Community Partnership Manager. “No need to make an appointment, parents and caregivers can just stop by to speak with one of our Head Start staff members.”
NeighborImpact Head Start has 24 classrooms in 8 locations including Redmond (3 locations), Bend (3 locations), La Pine (1 location), Prineville (1 location). Free school bus transportation is also available in most areas. Parents are encouraged to fill out an application online by visiting our website at www.neighborimpact.org/services/head-start.
