NeighborImpact Head Start’s early care and education program build success through child focused, family-centered services that enhance social competence, school readiness and overall health and well-being. Services are responsive to each child and family’s development and ethnic, cultural and linguistic heritage. Parents are valued as their child’s primary educator, nurturer and advocate and are supported to identify and achieve family goals. Parents are provided with opportunities to participate in their child’s education and program decision making.
