One-On-One Credit/Pre-Mortgage Coaching

This coaching service is available to any individual who is struggling with credit problems and/or people who would like some individual support in preparing to become a homeowner. Counselors can help individuals rebuild their credit, create a plan to reduce their debt, establish a realistic budget, and start or increase their individual savings program. Counselors also can help clients identify other obstacles to homeownership and help them determine a realistic and affordable home purchase price range for them. All coaching services are free and open to households living in Central Oregon. Housing Center clients must complete a Personal Profile form prior to receiving services.
