The Prineville NeighborImpact office serves all of Crook County. The office offers emergency services as well as the NeighborImpact Transitional Housing program. Emergency services assists with eviction prevention, utility shut off prevention, and energy assistance. Services are available depending upon funding. Referrals to other community resources are also provided.

The philosophy guiding funding decisions is based on whether the funding helps to alleviate the problem, not just postpone it. Clients have to show that they have the potential to stabilize their situation. Clients must show that they have or will have income that is able to meet their monthly housing and immediate needs (utilities & food).
