NeighborImpact Emergency Services provides rental assistance as well as information and referral to individuals and families. Based on current rental funding, limited assistance will be available. Applications may be faxed or taken over the phone as outlined below or forms may be downloaded using the links below. Application forms are also available at the Prineville, Madras and Redmond offices. All rental applications are processed through the Bend office.
