One-on-One Coaching 

We employ coaches with experience in real estate and finance to serve as an impartial informational resource for any Central Oregonian interested in homeownership. We can help you: 

  • Decide if buying a home is right for you
  • Understand the steps you need to take to become a homeowner
  • Set goals and make a plan
  • Maximize the resources available to you to get into an affordable mortgage

Our comprehensive services start with looking at your credit, a fee of $27.2* is associated with this service. We offer a limited number of fee waivers if eligible.
