Covid Relief Funds: Pacific Power Customers

Who can apply? Households with members who are in the following categories:

  • Seniors – Household members 60 years of age and older
  • Disabled – with Disability benefits from Social Security or VA
  • Households with children – 17 years old and younger

Do I qualify?

  • Residence: Must reside in Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson counties or the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
  • COVID Impact: Must complete COVID impact statement listing how they were impacted by COVID-19 at any time since 2020.
  • Pacific Power Account: Pacific Power bill must be in the name of someone listed in the household.

Express Enrollment – The above criteria is met AND a household member currently receives one of the benefits below:*

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Women Infants and Children (WIC)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) or Tribal TANF
  • Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
  • Received Energy Assistance (LIHEAP or OEAP) or Weatherization DOE benefits from October 1, 2022 – Current month.

**Documentation of enrollment in the above programs is required**

Income Qualification: For those who do not qualify for express enrollment, there is an income matrix based upon household size and gross monthly income (income before taxes). Please choose the matrix for your county of residence.
