    Regular full-time (40 hours/week) - subject to normal school year furloughs (approximately 6 weeks per year)
  • Compensation
    $24.04/hour (plus .50 for Bilingual Spanish)

The Family Engagement Specialist A has primary responsibility to coordinate, implement and evaluate the services of Early Head Start/Head Start program to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and other relevant regulations. The Family Engagement Specialist A monitors programs for quality and compliance and provides input to Site Leads and the Family Engagement Manager for both Head Start and Early Head Start in regards to performance related family engagement services and supports. Under general supervision of the Family Engagement Manager, supports parent engagement activities and promotes involvement, engagement and leadership among parents and staff.
