    Regular full-time 40 hours/week, subject to normal school year furloughs (furloughs are approximately a total of 6 weeks per year)

    $22.66-28.26/hour- Depending on education level, (plus .50 if Bilingual Spanish/English), Union represented

The purpose of Early Head Start home-based program is to encourage and support parents as their child’s primary teacher and nurturer. This position will provide early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to eligible pregnant women, infants, and toddlers to promote secure parent-child relationships and help parents provide high-quality early learning experiences. This position will design, plan, document, and carry out developmentally age-appropriate educational activities, and track and implement family goals, during a 90-minute weekly home visit for each assigned family. This position also collaborates with other staff to plan and implement two family group meet-ups per month. The right fit for this position has significant organizational skills, concise documentation skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
