Early Head Start Manager

The EHS Manager has primary responsibility for planning, implementing and managing EHS Program. The EHS Manager supervises and coaches all EHS staff. By applying professional expertise in child development and early childhood education, this manager also assures that quality education services and home visiting services are delivered, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, the Head Start Act and other applicable regulations. This position is directly responsible for monitoring, budgeting, staff and developing community partnerships for the program. This position collaborates with other managers and component coordinators to ensure that services are integrated.
