    Regular full-time (40 hours/week) - subject to normal school year furloughs (furloughs are approximately a total of 11-12 weeks per year)

    100% premium paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6 %!), almost 16 weeks of paid time total accrual during the first five years (increases after that), plus 10 paid Holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual.

The Education & Quality Specialist will provide teaching staff with individualized coaching to enhance the quality of early childhood educational services and will support teachers’ ongoing professional development. This position will ensure complete implementation of developmentally appropriate practices and classroom curriculum in accordance with the Head Start Program Performance Standards. The Education & Quality Specialist will assist the Education and Quality Manager with aggregating and analyzing multiple sources of data to develop individual and program wide professional development activities.
