This position is essential to the functioning of the Housing Stabilization programs. Responsible for supporting the Housing Stabilization Programs in areas including application screening, scheduling client intakes, detailed client communication, providing information and referral, supporting data entry into HMIS, maintaining tracking sheets, and file maintenance support. This role requires frequent, timely interaction with clients, property owners, community partners, and the public, via phone, email and in person. This position works under the supervision of the Housing Stabilization Manager.
