    40 hours/week subject to normal school year furloughs (furloughs are approximately a total of 10-12 weeks per year)

    $17.20/hour (plus .50 for Bilingual Spanish) - Non-Exempt
  • Benefits
    Full-time positions are benefitted with 100% premium paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance, agency paid retirement plan (up to 6%!), almost 16 weeks of paid time total accrual during the first five years (increases after that), plus 10 paid holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual. Part-time positions (less than 30 hours/week) benefitted with time off accruals, retirement and Employee Assistance Plan

As a member of the Head Start Leadership Team the Inclusion Services Specialist has primary responsibility to plan, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate the disabilities, inclusion services and mental health component of the Head Start program to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and other relevant regulations. The Inclusion Services Specialist monitors for program quality and compliance, and provides input to supervisors on classroom staff performance related to disability, inclusion and mental health services.
