The Motel Services Coordinator, under the supervision of the Unhoused Services Manager, is responsible for coordination of the Motel Services operations. The Motel Services Coordinator will supervise all program guests in a compassionate and professional manner as it relates to the isolation program objectives. Objectives include supportive interaction with Homeless Leadership Coalition (HLC) steering committee, Deschutes County Behavioral Health, program guests, motel management, volunteers, partner agencies and team members. The Coordinator completes vulnerability assessments for guests and unhoused community members and performs all work duties as required. The weekly schedule for this position will include weekends.
