    100% premium paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6%), almost 16 weeks of paid time total accrual during the first five years (increases after that), plus 10 paid Holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual.

Implements Spark and continuous quality improvement with early education programs, which have Preschool Promise, in Central Oregon. Works under the direction of the Preschool Promise Instructional Coordinator. This position conducts coaching activities with early educators to implement best practice and Preschool Promise expectations set forth by the Early Learning Division. The position implements quality improvement coaching, activities and efforts to ensure services to all programs and early educators across the continuum of care. This position facilitates a Focused Child Care Network with early care and education professionals in Central Oregon.
