Quality Improvement Manager

To manage Spark and continuous quality improvement of the early education system in Central Oregon. Works under the direction of the CCR Director. This position manages coaching activities of the program with early educators to implement best practice. The position directs all quality improvement activities and efforts to ensure services to all programs and early educators across the continuum of care. This position also supervises staff.
