Special Projects Manager

The Special Projects Program Manager manages special projects such as, Baby Promise. This includes, but is not limited to, project management and coordination, contractor and vendor communications, scheduling, contract management, invoice and payment management. Additional responsibilities include drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) and managing proposals, and associated contracts and subrecipient agreements, project files, and compliance with federal, state and local regulations, grant requirements, procurement procedures, and agency policies. This position includes supervisory duties and reports to the Child Care Resources Director.
