This position is responsible for supporting agency device-level infrastructure including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals. In addition to providing user-level device support, this position would be responsible for researching, designing, documenting and implementing system improvements by identifying and analyzing system issues and maintenance processes and designing/testing solutions to improve efficiency. Works under the direct supervision of the Chief Information Officer.
