A Pathway To Teacher Qualification
Funded by a grant from Deschutes County, this pilot project promotes childcare education and retention. Our goal is to increase and sustain the workforce in our community by working with educators.
Interactive Learning
This project provides six-months of hands-on experience and coaching to help new educators improve their skills.
Individual Development
As a result of this project, educators have been able to increase their professional development, earn financial bonuses, gain access to continuing education resources, and increase their Oregon Registry Steps.
Educator Connections
This project provides a place where early educators can come together and grow, a pathway towards teacher qualification, and a coaching program for professional development.
