HOURS

New intakes for the Next Steps program (18+ Adults) for both Bend and Redmond locations are every day, except Wednesdays, starting at 10:00am. Intakes are scheduled through walk-ins after 10:00am or by calling 541-322-8768 Ext.13 after 10:00am.

New intakes for the Families First program (Minor children and their parents/guardians) are scheduled by appointment only, 7 days a week. Please call or stop by our Bend location (3705 N Highway 97) to get on our Inquiry List for shelter.

Clothing room for non-residents 9:00am-12:00pm daily at our Bend location.

Confidential and free help for all victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking including men, women and children. Services include safe shelter with on-site kitchen and food, Individual counseling and support groups, and support for those in crisis.

Monday-Saturday Meals: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 6:00pm. 2:00pm-4:00pm clothing and showers. Emergency stays 7 days a week (men’s shelter).
