Baby Promise is a program administered by Oregon’s Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) and exists to address the infant toddler child care shortage in Oregon. Baby Promise offers fully funded child care for income eligible families in Central Oregon. Baby Promise partners with local child care providers including in-home and center based and assists in connecting families to a program that works for them.
Eligible children must be:
- Between the ages of 6 weeks and 3 years old
- Living in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson County, or the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs
- Enrolled in or eligible for Employment Related Day Care (ERDC)
The income limits are:
