NeighborImpact’s Fresh to You mobile pantry meets people where they are; bringing healthy food directly to residents in underserved areas. Refrigerated and loaded with fresh produce and pantry staples, the mobile pantry serves over 3,000 Central Oregonians every month. The Fresh to You truck partners with school districts, health centers and organizations that provide services to marginalized individuals.

Free Farmer’s Market All Year Long

Produce is essential to our mobile pantry’s mission. We believe that fresh fruits and vegetables offer the most sustainable, culturally universal, and nutritious option to someone facing food insecurity. We have new produce arriving weekly, so stop by and see what’s on the menu!

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: Filing a Program Complaint as a USDA Customer webpage, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 Complaint form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
