- Your account must be active, residential, in a household member’s name and for the address where you live.
- If your account is in your landlord’s name, NeighborImpact may still be able to help. Ask your landlord to complete the Landlord Letter form.

Heating Assistance
Opens Oct. 5
The next heating assistance application cycle is scheduled to open for select households that have Pacific Power or a past-due bill from Cascade Natural Gas.
Select households include:
- Seniors age 60 and older
- People receiving qualifying disability benefits through Social Security, Veterans Administration, Paid Leave Oregon or other documented temporary disability benefits
- Households with children from birth through high school
