CURRENT PROGRAMS

• LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP)
  Federal home heating program for income-qualified households.
  Provides a benefit for home heating covering fuel types such as electricity, natural gas, propane, oil and wood/pellets.
  *APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROGRAM WILL BE AVAILABLE APRIL 27TH — MAY 1ST.*

• OREGON ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (OEAP)
  Sponsored by Pacific Power for income-qualified Pacific Power customers.
  This is a bill payment assistance program for Pacific Power customers only.
  *APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROGRAM WILL BE AVAILABLE APRIL 27TH — MAY 1ST.*

please work with your utility directly to avoid service shutoff. You may be eligible for a payment plan, discounts or Pacific Power’s moratorium on disconnections.

CITY OF BEND

DO YOU HAVE WATER, SEWER, AND STORMWATER SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF BEND?

We have a partnership with the City of Bend to enroll their customers into their Low-Income Assistance Program.

*Applications for the LIAP program are available year-round.
