To be considered for NeighborImpact’s emergency shelter program, complete a housing assessment through Central Oregon’s Coordinated Entry System.

About Our Emergency Shelter
NeighborImpact’s low-barrier emergency shelter units are located in Bend and provide temporary shelter to households experiencing homelessness.
Sobriety is not required to stay in the shelter. Substances and their use are not permitted on-site.
What to Expect
- Private space: Each household has a private bedroom and bathroom.
- Case management: Guests meet weekly with a supportive services advocate.
- Housing support: Advocates work with guests toward permanent housing.
- Community resources: Staff help connect guests with other services and resources that may support their goals.
