There are limited housing resources connected to the Coordinated Entry System.
Completing an assessment is not a guarantee that you will be selected for shelter or a housing program.
In addition to completing a Coordinated Entry assessment, we also recommend exploring other housing options and resources.
Coordinated Entry is a community-wide intake process that helps match individuals experiencing homelessness to existing community resources and housing programs. The Coordinated Entry System uses a standardized assessment tool to identify which resources and programs are the best fit for each household’s situation.
Call 541-630-2533 on Tuesdays or Thursdays 12pm-4pm to complete a housing assessment.
