Who can apply through NeighborImpact? Households who meet the following criteria:

• Reside in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson counties.
• Must have an active residential account in the name of a household member.
• Must meet the gross income guidelines below. This income is set by the utility – NOT NeighborImpact.

How to Apply:
