Free Class Helps Central Oregonians Reduce Financial Stress

Redmond, OR—NeighborImpact’s HomeSource program is offering a free, one-hour class designed to help individuals reduce stress related to their personal finances. The event, titled “Finanzas sin Estrés” (Finance Without Stress), will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Redmond Public Library, located at 827 SW Deschutes Ave.

Taught in Spanish, the class provides practical information and tools to manage financial anxiety. Participants will learn strategies to feel more in control of their money and their future. A light dinner will be provided, and the class is open to individuals ages 15 and older. Pre-registration is required to attend. This event is presented by NeighborImpact’s HomeSource program, which helps individuals and families in Central Oregon build financial stability and achieve their housing goals. HomeSource offers a wide range of services including homebuyer education, financial coaching, foreclosure prevention, and support for renters and current homeowners. Through personalized guidance and community-based classes, HomeSource empowers people to make informed financial decisions and move toward long-term self-sufficiency.
